On January 28th news in Tokyo, Japan in 2015 aluminum imports fell to a six-year low, because of Japan's domestic inventory record, buyers to reduce sourcing.
According to Japan's finance ministry data released on Thursday, Japan in 2015 aluminium imports fell 14%, to 1.46 million tons, to the lowest level since 2009.

Japan imports fell 14% to 103151 tons of aluminum in December last year, for the sixth consecutive monthly decline.
